Return & Shipping Policy

We pride ourselves on our unique approach to providing custom apparel. Our apparel is made to order! Unlike traditional retailers, we don't maintain a large inventory of ready-to-ship items. Our production partner, University Tees, produces your orders on-demand, which means each piece of clothing is carefully crafted just for you. This is also done in an effort to help reduce the amount of waste from standard e-commerce fashion inventory. When a customer checks out an order, your order will ship within 5-7 business days! 

Please reach out to customerservice@utees.com immediately if you made an error in ordering! Once you place an order, we are unable to make changes outside of updating the shipping address. Please note that the shipping address cannot be changed once a label has been printed.

Shipping Policy

Standard Turnaround Time: Orders are shipped within 5-7 business days. This does not include shipping time, weekends, or holidays. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships via Standard Ground Shipping.

Shipping Costs: Spend $50+ and shipping is free!


Return/Exchange Policy
Since all orders are custom produced, we do not accept returns unless the item(s) ordered is defective or the wrong item(s) is received! We must be notified of the defective/incorrect item(s) within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days the customer must accept the product in the condition it was received.
